How can I pay?

At the moment, Uprising accepts Visa, MasterCard, Amex, Discover, JCB, Diners Club, BitPlay, Amazon Pay, Paypal, and Apple Pay.

SALES TAX

To all Californians.

Prices displayed on the website are exclusive of taxes. Sales tax will only be charged on orders shipped within the state of California.Taxes are calculated at the time of checkout by zip code. Sales tax is not charged when purchasing a gift card.

SHIPPING INFORMATION

Do you offer free shipping?

Yes! On all domestic orders.When will I receive my package?Once you complete your order we typically ship your package within 1-2 business days. Once your package leaves our warehouse it normally takes an additional 3-5 business days to arrive at your doorstep, depending on your location.


Can I track my package?

Of course! Once it’s shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number via email to track your package while it’s in transit. If you aren’t receiving email updates, make sure the email you signed up with is correct and don’t forget to check your spam box.Contact us at orders@uprisingbrand.com if you have any questions or concerns about your package.


Do you ship internationally?

Uprising is only available in the U.S. at this time, although we haven’t ruled out the idea of shipping internationally in the future!Drop us an email at orders@uprisingbrand.com if you want to see us in your country and we’ll add you to the waitlist.


Do you ship to APO/FPO/P.O Box Addresses?

We do accommodate for APO, FPO as well as P.O. Box addresses.


Can I return or exchange an Item?

PRICING + REDEEMING DISCOUNT CODES

We work hard to maintain accurate pricing on our website, however errors may occasionally occur. In that situation, we will handle your order case by case scenario. Meaning, you will have the option of either canceling that item, or reconfirming your purchase of the item at the correct price.You're in luck!Once item is added to your Shopping Bag, click Checkout and enter your code in the field marked "discount code." Discount codes cannot be combined.All terms, conditions and policies - including our returns policy - still apply to orders in which a discount code have been applied. In case of a return, only the amount charged to a credit card or gift card are refundable.

RETURNS / EXCHANGES / STORE CREDIT

Returns

Our policy lasts 30 days. We gladly cover your shipping and restocking costs to ensure your entire process is easy. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unworn, unwashed, and undamaged, and in the same condition that you received it with the original tags.

Shipping your return

A shipping label will be provided. Please do not use your own label to make a return.


Non-returnable items:Gift cards

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted:Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery.


Refunds (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item.

We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.Upon approval, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.


Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

*If you are shipping an item over $30, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.
